FixedCropper
Keeps a configured stencil size while the image moves and zooms underneath it.
Props
Inherits Cropper props, except aspectRatio and sizeRestrictions are not accepted. Its extension settings also exclude stencilSize.

StencilSize<S> accepts Size or (state: CropperState, settings: S) => Size. These dimensions describe the displayed stencil in boundary pixels. A function can adapt it to available space.
The fixed-size strategy supplies defaultSize, aspectRatio, sizeRestrictions, fixedStencil postprocessing and fixedStencilConstraints. It forces transformImage.adjustStencil to false. To prevent direct stencil movement and resizing, set movable={false} and resizable={false} on its child stencil.
Snippets, context and instance
The same four layer snippets receive CropperInstance<E & FixedCropperSettings>. The default child is RectangleStencil; explicit children replace it. Provides isolated CropperContext, requires no parent context, and follows the same readiness and cleanup guarantees as Cropper.
Type bind:this as FixedCropperInstance<E>. It exposes the same 33 methods. Styling uses the same .advanced-cropper root and parts; there is no separate fixed-cropper class family.
